Trouble finding the right style. Find it at Joyceanne's Consignment where we bring East Coast flare to the West Coast. Doing business since May 2018, we carry clothing, shoes, and accessories for little girls (ages newborn-6 years), women, and men. The owner, Brenda Fuller (a retired legal secretary) and a native of Washington, DC, brings her love of shopping full force into her store. Be prepared to be greeted with a smile and, if desired, one-on-one personal customer service.
Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Joyceanne’s Consignment. All Sales Are Final. As a small business we are highly grateful for your patronage. While COVID-19 and all its variants are still among us, we cannot accept returned items.
ConsignmentWe accept consigned items by appointment only. Please call 510-758-1200 to schedule an appointment. There is a 25-piece limit per drop-off.
We are always looking for quality and trendy gently pre-owned clothing, shoes, fashion jewelry, and other accessories for little girls, women, and men for any season (we believe a typical day in California may cover all four seasons). Each consigned item is handpicked by Joyceanne's owner.
All items accepted for consignment must be clean, smell fresh, free of pet & human hair, free of wrinkles, and must not be damaged in any way. Check for stains, holes, missing buttons, fading, pilling, or worn areas as these items will not be accepted. New or like new items are highly welcomed. Please bring clothing to the store on hangers, and not in bags. Items brought to the store in garbage bags will not be accepted. Items not accepted must be picked up within seven (7) days after notification. If you choose not to pick up your items within this timeframe, your items will be donated without further notice.
Joyceanne's consignment split is 50%/50% with the consignor after the item has sold. Payments are mailed to consignors on the 20th of each month for items sold the previous month. We do not maintain credit accounts for consignors.
Consignment items need to be left with us for a minimum of three (3) months (time starts running when items are put on the floor to sale). After the second month, we will reduce the price 25% to help it sell. If your item does not sell after three months, we will reduce the price by 50% where it will stay priced until sold or returned to the consignor. Beyond the 3rd month, if items are not sold or picked within seven days after we request the consignor to pick up items, the items may be donated at our discretion and without notice. We donate to local non-profits which serve the homeless in the Bay Area.
Consignor leaves all items at his or her own risk. Joyceanne's shall not be held responsible for the loss, destruction of, or damage to any consigned item.
